Jim Sutton, MSBA is an experienced CEO, General Manager (having built a $200M business for H-P), COO, and VP of several functions, in which he has built high impact teams and financial success. He has delivered targeted solutions in financial services, enterprise software, infrastructure products, and a wide variety of e-commerce applications.
Jim's clients include large companies and startups. Jim has also held full-time executive positions at a technology companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. He was awarded an MS from MIT's Sloan School of Management as well as a BS from MIT. He has attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Darcelle Lahr, MBA brings to clients a unique breadth of international expertise in business strategy, program development, management, sales, implementation, finance, construction and operation. Darcelle has served in multiple vice president functions in the US and in Pacific-Asia. She has extensive experience in the energy sectors and has led business strategy formation and implementation groups, provided energy strategy, regulatory, and technical advisory services, led retail energy programs, and led the implementation of a $2 billion multi-unit power construction program.
Darcelle is a graduate of the Transnational Executive MBA Program of California State University, East Bay, and earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Darcelle is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in the state of California. She has served as a lecturer in strategic business management and business ethics with the School of Business and Economics at California State University, East Bay.
Tim Haggerty is a seasoned business and marketing professional with more than 20 years experience specializing in brand strategies and integrated communications. Much of Tim’s work has spanned multiple disciplines of marketing including market research, public relations, advertising, promotion, e-commerce and sponsorship. He has worked in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) environments and understands the nuances necessary to achieve successful results in these distinct relationships. Tim earned his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Michigan, and he earned his MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University, where he was honored as Outstanding Graduate. He also holds professional certificates in project management from Loyola University Chicago and in business writing from the University of Chicago.
Ruth Roybal brings over 15 years of experience and training in the administrative support and customer service fields. Throughout her career, she has held positions as assistant to corporate partners in the engineering industry, systems administrator, front desk manager for dental offices, and customer service manager for a national distributor of commercial swimming pool supplies. These experiences have provided her with opportunities to continue expanding her skills and knowledge of computers and software packages as well as the importance of great customer service.
Some of her personal accomplishments include management of multiple engineering projects, software development, developing policies and procedures, supervising administrative staff, maintaining quality control, developing databases, as well as creating presentation and marketing materials.
